weight loss journey

Well I have decide  that it is very important that i do something to get my self healthy ! I have started with my food intake and will be taking a couple classes one is Cardo kick boxing and Swimming Hydro exercising   ! I start those classes in July ! very excited  ! I wish i could start them earlier but my current school schedule and work just wont allow it so am waiting till the current semester is over to pursue those classes !<3
